White Plains New York is home base for Coach Conroy. Events around White Plains New York and the surrounding towns/city's events will most likely be posted first. Now that the weather is warming up here in the Northeast CoachConroy is planning some informational events for those you want to train here in White Plains. All levels are welcome to these events. If you want some personal attention then the option is there to subscibe to a specialized weekend workout for your comfort level.
